Subject to your acceptance of, and compliance with, any applicable
agreement with Nomain (including the Nomain Terms of Service), Nomain
grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license
to install and use the Software solely to access services provided by
Nomain.

You may not, except as expressly permitted by Nomain in writing:

  1. copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the
     Software;
  2. reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to
     derive the source code of the Software, except to the extent that
     such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law;
  3. rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, publish, transmit,
     or otherwise make the Software available to any third party;
  4. remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices (including
     copyright and trademark notices) contained in the Software; or
  5. use the Software to develop a competing product or service.

All right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all
intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property
of Nomain and its licensors.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL NOMAIN OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM,
DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR
OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR
THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
